REGULAR PROCESSING TIME 

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and the weight of your order. All orders are processed within 7-14 business days from final print approval and then shipped out to you.

CANADIAN SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days from final print approval on average and then shipped out to you. We provide Expedited Shipping with tracking on all orders.

We do require your phone number upon check out - it allows for an extra layer of security in case the postal service has trouble delivering.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders do not include import duties, taxes, shipping costs and other charges in the item price. Please check your country's customs office to determine if there are any additional costs before purchasing the planner. All orders are processed within 7-14 business days from final print approval on average and then shipped out to you. Orders typically take 6 - 14 business days to arrive at your door after processing and regular shipping does not include tracking.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns or exchanges because you have designed a custom planner we are not able to accept a return.  However, we are only human and if we have made a mistake – we will fix it.  If there were an issue with the shipping, we would do our utmost to ensure you receive the planner you had approved.   If something is not quite right, please contact as hello@liquidinkdesign.com.

DAMAGES

Once an order leaves our studio, we are unable to control how it is handled by the post. We take great pride in the way we package our orders, so if your order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately at hello@liquidinkdesign.com.
